"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Thanks to all my new DevArt friends who helped me with some stuff and I'm glad to say that I'll be able to post some work next friday!(I only get CPU on weekends!)and hopefuly You'll all like it. I wont be getting photoshop for a couple months but when I do I'll get my but animating and stuff! Thx again!
